My group of eight friends did the three cenote tour and loved it. It was the best excursion I have done in Mexico. Arturo was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend Absolute Adventure.

A great tour experience!
An amazing tour & a highlight of our vacation! Our driver Javier (his 1st day!!) and our guide Arturo were both great! We were picked up on time in a clean, cool tour van with plenty of cold drinks and room for our family. Our guide spoke great English and was a joy to talk to. Arturo took us to the Dos Ojos Cenote area and we visited 3 uniquely different cenotes, each special in their own way. We ended our tour with a traditional Mexican lunch and the food was great! Would highly recommend this tour company!
Hima –
Juan was such an excellent tour guide! He took us to 3 cenotes and it felt like we had each of them to ourselves! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

A must do in Tulúm – Amazing Cenotes
A fantastic day out with our amazing guide Juanjo… experienced 3 different cenotes; with ziplines and jumps, beautiful fauna, flora and fish, and finally underground swimming around ancient stalactites! All finished off with a fantastic lunch at Juanita’s! Cannot recommend this highly enough… the highlight of our holiday!!! 😍
Stay1315 –
amazing
the cenotes were so clear and there weren’t any people around so it was really quiet. took so many pics. and juan is the GOAT!!🔥🔥
Tom –
Arturo was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the natural world and of the local history. I learned a lot and he made the experience even more amazing. Rodrigo is a great driver.
Alec –
Great Cenote Tour! We had a blast and our guide Alejandro was so nice and knowledgeable. We also shifted to do 3 cenotes and skip lunch and they easily accommodated!
Angie –
Best day of our vacation!
We can’t say enough about how much we recommend this tour! We had a great tour with Juan and Armando! Armando was our driver and Juan was our private tour guide. We actually did a three cenote tour, which was not listed on the drop down menu, and we were so glad we saw all three of the breathtaking cenotes that they took us to!
We started with lots of fun and zip lining plus cliff jumping at Jaguar, then took in the peaceful waterlilies and snorkeling at Nicte-Ha. We finished with the thrill of visiting the underground, yet giant cavern of Taak-Bi-Ha. All three were amazing and very different and unique.
Our group ranged in age from 10 years old to adult. Juan and Armando were amazing in tailoring our day to something each person totally enjoyed. Their attention to detail and granting custom requests, such as a jungle trek to see off-the-beaten-path ruins, were an extra-special part of our day! We had as much time as we wanted in each location, and we learned a lot about the area. A delicious lunch and good, cold margaritas rounded out the day!
Everyone in our group of 11 agreed it was the best day of our vacation!
Katrina –
We booked the tour to visit 3 cenotes with lunch included – clear booking process, good communication beforehand from Claire and pick up on time. Cenotes were chosen on the day with advice from Alex – we first visited Nicte-ha, which was open with beautiful clear water, fish and lily pads. Arriving early we had the place to ourselves. We then went to Pet Cemetery, a small $10 supplement each but worth it to experience a short swimming circuit through caves surrounded by stalagmites, stalactites and flying bats. Again, we mainly had this to ourselves, seeing one other group on exit. Final stop was Dos Ojos, where we were able to enter the bat cave (with the less welcome addition of a few mosquitos!). Lunch in the locally run restaurant opposite Dos Ojos was very good. Alex was an excellent guide and looked after us both throughout the day. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience a variety of cenotes, largely avoiding the crowds and in the hands of an excellent guide with good local knowledge.

Had the best time with our tour guide Arturo! He was so thoughtful and took the time to show us all the beautiful views and photo spots. I will definitely tour with this group again!

Great Experience- Highly Recommend
Awesome experience. My family (wife and I, and 4 kids, ages 10-18) visited 3 cenotes and had a blast. Beautiful setting and scenery, with a zip line and cliff jumping, but the snorkeling through cenotes/caves, seeing the incredible rock formations, was the highlight. Highly recommend Absolute Adventure Tours. They provide a first class experience, start to finish, and our tour guide (Josh) may be our favorite for any vacation. Knowledgeable, but also super nice and fun. We will book a tour with him for a different set of cenotes next time we visit Mexico

A perfect day! What a perfect day!
We booked a private tour to 3 cenotes, and opted for transport from the Valentin Imperial just south of Puerto Morelos.
Arturo was our guide and Omar was driving. They arrived promptly and explained the cenote options on the drive down towards the Tulum area. We had a very comfortable ride and chose Dos Ojos, Taak Bi Ha and Nicte Ha, which all happened to be quite close to each other on the same road.
It took around an hour to get to the park. We opted for an early pick up and avoided the mid day crowds. Arturo was an excellent guide through all 3 cenotes and Omar navigated us expertly through the jungle roads. Arturo has a wealth of information about the history of the cenotes and the surrounding areas. He offered to take pictures of us throughout the tour and was always helpful with our snorkel gear and equipment.
We stopped for a nice lunch, and had plenty of time to explore each cenote with Arturo both leading the way and also giving us some time to explore the more open areas on our own.
Dos Ojos and Taak Bi Ha are more underground while Nicte Ha is a lush open cenote. We enjoyed each one and it’s so hard to pick a favorite as they all have their own character and charm and are all incredibly beautiful!
We had a memorable day and appreciate Arturo and Omar for their expertise and hospitality. Claire confirmed all our trip details via email before had and was very helpful as well. Highly recommended team!
Diamond –
Arturo was great, we thoroughly enjoyed our morning with him. Did not feel like we were getting hassled or rushed at all. He took time to get to know us and we were happy to learn about him as well. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience! Highly recommend!
Katherina –
Wonderful Cenote Tour with Lunch. Was more than pleased with our private tour. Our guide was Joshua and driver was Carlos. We were picked up promptly and had good communication before the trip to plan best. The tour was awesome and with a lot of flexibility to pick best for our family.
We traveled with my husband and I and our 10 year old son. He loved the Jaguar cenote because of the zip line and jumping platforms.
Joshua was patient and knowledgeable both about the history and ecology of the cenotes.
Lunch was surprisingly good and a wonderful way to end our half day tour before heading back to the hotel.
I would recommend this tour and the lunch.
Stanley –
Joshua was an outstanding tour guide! He was very professional and had an awesome personality that engaged you from the moment he spoke. We were excited to learn so much history about the Cenotes we visited! Incredible trip! We would recommend Joshua as your tour guide as well as Carlos who was a great driver! We would definitely do this same trip again!!
Sabrina –
We booked the 3 Cenote private tour & the process was easy & the company very responsive! Joshua was our guide & Juan Carlos was our driver. Great service, knowledgeable, helpful & fun to spend the day with!! Would absolutely recommend this company & Joshua as your guide!!!!
Marie –
We had an amazing time exploring cenotes with Alex of Absolute Adventure Mexico! Everything was excellent- the transportation, access to the cenotes, equipment and lunch. We felt well-cared for the entire time and learned so much about the beautiful Mayan culture. Having all the details taken care of really allowed our family of four to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. This trip was worth every penny and I’d recommend to everyone! It was truly the highlight of our weeklong vacation in Quintana Roo.
Scotty –
Omar and Alex were our driver and tour guide for the private, 3 cenote snorkeling tour with lunch. It was a great experience. Alex spoke perfect English and was very knowledgable about the local culture. The cenotes were awesome, and Alex was great at guiding us through each of them. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants some cenote variety.
Laura –
Amazing experience with Alex visiting 3 cenotes with our family. Not only was Alex able to educate us on the cenotes but he also educated us on the Mayan civilization! They picked us up directly at the house we were staying at and Carlos was an amazing driver. The communication with Claire was clear and done in a timely manner. For an extra cost we were able to do the pet cemetery cenote as one of our 3 and it was well worth it. 2 years ago my daughter and son in law used this company and loved them so much that we chose not even to look at other tour companies this time, and once again they did not disappoint. During the tour they had cold water and cervesa in the van if we wanted it and took us to a local restaurant for delicious food (try the shrimp tacos)! Highly recommend using this company!
Daniela –
My husband and I did a private denote snorkeling tour with Alex and Omar. It was the highlight of our trip. It was so nice to have a private guide teach us all about each cenote as well as about the Mayan culture. Alex was so knowledgeable we were really impressed with all he taught us. Omar made sure we got to each spot safely and that our belongings were safe in the van. We had an awesome authentic Mayan lunch which was such a great treat. We will definitely be recommending absolute adventure to our family and friends

I would recommend this tour and the lunch.
