Cenote Chikin Ha: Swim and snorkel in an open-air cenote with lots of fish and small turtles, and a small cave cenote. At the end, we visit a cenote used for Mayan ceremonies. (there is an extra cost per person if you select this cenote, this cenote is closed on Saturdays).

Arturo & Omar were the absolute BEST & gave us one of our very favorite experiences EVER! Everything was so smooth for transportation, Arturo taught us so many things & showed us some of the coolest places we’ve ever seen. No, cenotes aren’t too cold—they stay at a refreshing 75–79°F (24–26°C) year-round, which is perfect for a swim.
Most cenotes have easy access with platforms and just a few steps to get in and out comfortably.
No, wetsuits are not mandatory. Only life vests are required for safety.
We do provide wetsuits if you would like extra comfort, especially if you find the water chilly. Wearing a wetsuit can also help you stay in the water longer without getting cold.

Absolutely amazing! Tour guide Alex and Rodrigo were incredible. We were a family group ages ranging from 11-74. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The interesting facts Alex shared on history of the area were fascinating. And he was patient with the multiple questions from our group. Everything was taken care of for us. Amazing private Cenote Experience!
We did the private 3 cenote swim with lunch. To begin we were picked up at our resort by Rodrigo (driver) and Joshua (guide). They were immediately welcoming and friendly. The van was very comfortable and stocked with a variety of drinks for us. Both Josh and Rodrigo spoke great English! They advised us of the trip (1.5 hours) from our specific resort and said that if we needed any bathroom breaks to let them know. Once arriving at the Cenotes, Joshua took care of everything. He provided a history on each Cenote and the region. My wife was a little nervous about swimming and he never put any pressure on her and allowed her to warm up to the idea.
During the swims Joshua made sure I was comfortable with every step and would allow me to decide which paths to take or how adventurous to be. I cannot speak highly enough of Joshua’s professionalism and overall just positive attitude. He made the experience all that much better.
As for the Cenotes, they are breathtaking each in their own way. At 2 of the 3 we selected we had the entire Cenotes to ourselves. This really was a private and intimate trip. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful tour and guide to Cenotes!
Loved our tour. Cristina was our guide, and she was friendly and very knowledgeable! She met us promptly at the Playa del Carmen ferry pier and we were off on our adventure. The 3 cenotes were each very different and absolutely amazing. She provided our snorkel gear and life jackets, and went snorkeling with us in each cenote. She provided a lot of history and information and also answered our questions. After the cenotes we went to a local restaurant and enjoyed a delicious meal! Would highly recommend this tour!! We would go again!

We booked two tours through Absolute Adventure Mexico and had an amazing time on each! The first tour was the Chichen Itza Ruins and Swim in a Cenote tour. Our tour guide Alex was great, very informative and fun. The second tour was Snorkeling in 3 Cenotes with tour guide Cris. Cris was friendly and ensured we had a great time in each cenote. Our driver was Omar for each tour, Omar did a great job getting us around Mexico, the van was roomy and comfortable. Overall, the company was timely and professional, each stop was well planned, and the lunch stops were delicious. This was the highlight of our trip! We did Taak bi Ha, Dos Ojos, and Yal Ku Lagoon. Ivan and Joshua were amazing. We were the only ones at Dos Ojos and Taak bi Ha with people showing up after us, so we had the whole place for ourselves! Both Ivan and Joshua were super attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Did a 3 Cenote tour with 10 kids and 9 adults in March for Spring Break. Arturo was our guide and he was fantastic. Paid special attention to our littlest, making sure he was warm and happy, helped pick up snorkels. He was very informative and engaging. The company arranged 2 buses to take our group back and forth from the Grand Palladium Kentanah, organized a good lunch in between, and had all the equipment we would need. I’d easily recommend this company to anyone looking for some adventure. We loved jumping into Jaguar Cenote and doing the zip line there.

Excellent experience for our group of 19. We were all picked up at our hotel by two sprinter vans that were comfortable. And we got to see and swim in three separate cenotes in a good sequence without driving too far between any single one of them. We had children ranging in ages of 5 to 12, and they all enjoyed the trip. The older they are, the more they will get out of the experience, though. Arturo was our guide, and he was excellent and cared for all of our group members.

We did two tours on two separate days. The 3 cenotes one near tulum first and the chichen itza plus 1 cenote and lunch in Valladolid the next day. Both were amazing and worth every penny. We had Arturo for both days and he was really great together with the driver Omar. His knowledge of chichen itza is second to none and the cenotes he helped us pick were incredible. Lunch at Valladolid was the cherry on the top, it really was authentic and delicious!
