Our Mission

Absolute Adventure Mexico is a private tour agency and dive center operating in the beautiful city of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We make it our mission to provide our clients with safe, high-quality adventure tours. Our wide range of exciting activities in the Riviera Maya includes tours of the nearby ancient Mayan ruins in Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza, ATV and zip line tours, snorkeling trips, and scuba diving in Cenotes, Akumal, Playa del Carmen, and Cozumel! In addition, we offer exclusive, customized tours and diving at competitive prices that can be tailored to your specific needs.

We are passionate about our work and are committed to ensuring that you enjoy your time exploring the Riviera Maya. We pay close attention to details, and are always happy to make helpful recommendations or accommodate any special needs you may have.

Why Absolute Adventure Mexico?

Wondering why we’re called Absolute Adventure Mexico? The Absolute in our name comes from the fact that we aim to provide you with 100% pure adventure of the highest quality, while Adventure refers to the exciting tours we offer, from trips to the jungle to visiting ancient ruins, snorkeling in cenotes, and diving in the ocean.

We love traveling, exploring the world, learning about new cultures, discovering natural wonders, avoiding crowds, having unique souvenirs, and being able to enjoy new places. When we created Absolute Adventure Mexico in Playa del Carmen, our goal was to provide our clients with these same experiences that we cherish when we travel abroad. Unlike many of the larger tourism agencies in the area, we focus on providing visitors with authentic, high-quality experiences that are affordable. In order to ensure that you get the most out of your tour, we avoid the crowds and take the time to enjoy the beauty of the Riviera Maya instead of rushing from site to site.

How Do We Work?

At Absolute Adventure Mexico, our top priority is customer service and ensuring that you have an amazing experience in the Riviera Maya. Due to our personal travel experience and previous work with clients from around the world, we know what our clients expect from us. We pay close attention to each and every detail, and are able to accommodate your needs. When you contact us, we create the best itinerary possible for your group based on details such as skill levels in certain activities, dietary restrictions, and cultural accommodations, as well as adapting tours for groups with children, people with disabilities, etc.

We don’t have an office in Playa del Carmen, so the best way to book a tour with us is by doing so online. We primarily use email to answer any questions you may have about our tours, as well as to send you all of the details you need once you’ve booked a tour with us. We can also be reached by phone, WhatsApp, or Skype. Since we do private tours, there’s no need to worry about having to find a meeting place in Playa del Carmen – instead, we come and pick our customers up from their hotel!

Absolute Adventure Mexico is also dedicated to helping preserve the magnificent natural resources that surround us in the Riviera Maya. We do our best to create ecological tours that respect the environment, and focus on working with those who have a similar respect for nature. Throughout our tours, we provide clients with detailed information about their natural surroundings, including plants and animals, because we believe that education is essential to preserving our natural environment. We also work hard to implement green practices such as limiting water consumption and the use of plastic, as well as ensuring that our clients use biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent that won’t harm the beautiful reefs and cenotes.
