We went on this excursion as a must-do activity for my sister’s bachelorette trip, and it was a blast! She kept raving about how this was her favorite thing to do on the trip. Everything went so smoothly, from pick up to drop off. Our guide, Alex, told us the history and legends of the Mayan civilization and their connection to the cenotes, and it was absolutely magical. Once we got to the first cenote, we knew this would be a thrilling day. We jumped in from the small cliff and the water was so clear and natural; we could see the lily pads so clearly from above! This cenote tour was one of the best moments in my life. Cenote Sac Actun tour was more like an exploration. In this huge cave, there were only my wife, me, and our guide Alex(Alenjandro), while Taak Bi Ha has one of the most beautiful water I have seen.
This private tour is not cheap but 100% worth it. There’s no delay for picking up/dropping off multiple guests here and there. Alex and our driver Enrique showed up on time and were so nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again to explore other beautiful cenotes.

Arturo was an amazing cenote guide! He took our group of 7 though dos ojos and nicte ha and we loved both cenotes so much. I totally recommend visiting Nicte-Ha (open cenote) and Taak Bi-Ha (closed cenote), that way you get to experience both types of cenotes and they are literally next to each other. Just Magical -Do Not Miss This Excursion – 2 adults and 4 children (8-14 years)
We took 4 children ages 8-14 and 2 adults to the Dos Ojos plus 1 other Cenote and lunch excursion with our guide Alex and driver Omar. We were picked up from our Villa in Tulum in a nice van. All equipment was provided and in great condition, our guide Alex was with us every step of the way. He swam with our kids with a life ring and made us as parent feel very calm and relaxed. They fitted all the kids with the correct life jackets and snorkel gear.
Each senote is different and special in its own way. The water was very nice and the temperature perfect. The trip lasted (from pic up to drop off) about 5 hours and was perfect for the kids.
We had a great lunch at a local Mayan restaurant (food included) and did not feel rushed at all.
Thank you to Alex and Omar for taking such good care of our children, we hope to see you all again.

The 2 cenotes we visited were each quite different and both remarkable -one open air with lilypads and the other underground.. Neither was crowded or touristy. They were really beautiful snd so unique! Perfect for swimming and snorkeling.Our guide Joshua was awesome. He was very informative and fun to talk to. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time during our 2 Cenote day tour with Juan and our lovely driver Omar! Juan was very knowledgeable about the cenotes and ensured we had them all to ourselves (or mostly to ourselves) by getting there early. He was a really fun guide and even helped take some photos of us in and around the cenotes. We really loved the bat cave at Dos Ojos 😀 Absolute Adventure was even able to cater the tour to us by taking us to a specific cenote we wanted to see, but wasn’t on their usual list of cenote options. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Excellent tour and service
My partner and I went on a private tour to two cenotes (Dos Ojos and Nicte He) in the Tulum area. Arturo was our guide, and Omar provided transport. The tour was expensive, but the personalised service was excellent. Arturo and Omar picked us up from our accommodation on time, and were mindful of our time constraints when planning the tour. Arturo is a friendly, knowledgeable and articulate guide, and was very patient and encouraging with me (I’m still learning how to swim). The gear provided was of a good quality, and we enjoyed the lunch that was provided. We also appreciated being able to go to the cenotes when they weren’t busy. In fact, it was just us at Dos Ojos, which was an amazing experience. We would highly recommend this tour.
