Do I need to travel to Tulum before the tour starts?

No. Book your chosen private tour with Puerto Aventuras as your pickup location. Your private transport starts from the accommodation you provide, so you do not need to arrange a separate journey to Tulum to join the tour.

How do I select my hotel or resort for pickup?

Choose the exact property in the hotel dropdown on the tour booking page. If it is missing, select Not on the list and provide your accommodation details. Review any location supplement shown in the form before confirming your reservation.

Can you pick us up from a condo or rental?

Yes. Choose Condo / Rental and provide the complete address in Puerto Aventuras, including the building or unit details and any access instructions supplied by your host. A property name alone may not identify the pickup point.
