Cenote Corazon in Tulum
Located a few kilometers south of Tulum (9 miles – 15 minutes), Cenote del Paraiso will amaze you, it looks like paradise on earth.
Seen from the sky, this cenote has the shape of a heart, hence its name “Cenote Corazon”.
Open, this cenote has several accesses to get into the water, not only will you be able to swim and snorkel to see many small fish, but there is also a platform to jump into the water if you want to have fun a little.
Looking into the water, you will also see the start of the underground river, where divers begin their explorations.
The surroundings of the cenote are beautiful with many great photo spots, including some amazing ones under a heart hanging from a tree, or a heart-shaped bench with the cenote in the background… Be prepared to post some great pics on Instagram!
