We had an amazing private tour visiting the Tulum ruins, swimming in Taak Bi Ha cenote, and snorkeling with turtles. Our guide Josh was fantastic—very knowledgeable and passionate. We learned so much about Mayan culture, and our kids (15 and 11) had a blast jumping into the cenote! Swimming with turtles was the perfect end to the day. The company was easy to communicate with and gave clear directions. Highly recommend!

We booked a private cenotes tour for 16 people. They worked with us and picked us up at the ferry terminal in Playa as our cruise docked in Cozumel. Everything was absolutely as promised, and the guide, Alex, did a great job keeping our large group on our schedule. 100% recommend. Honestly, I can't think of any way that our experience could have been better.

Such a wonderful day at Chichen Itza! Our tour guide, Joshua, was great and very knowledgeable about Mayan history and made our experience so fun! After the tour, him and his driver, Enrique, took us out for lunch to a really cute restaurant. We had a great time! Definitely recommend private tour over large group.

This day trip was incredible! Arturo was a phenomenal guide. He was informative, shared his personal favorites along the tour, and explained each historical site at Chichen Itza. The cenote was magical and afterwards we had authentic food in the nearby town. It was the perfect day and we were transported safely. I would definitely recommend using this company for your next trip! Thank you so much!

Absolute Adventures was fantastic! We did not want to do the cenote that was with the Ek Balam tour so they allowed us to change it to another cenote more appropriate for the young children with us. Arturo was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and wonderful to us, especially the children. I highly recommend this company, and I would ask for Arturo every time!

An Unforgettable Cenote Adventure in Mexico! We had an absolutely incredible experience with Absolute Adventure on our cenote excursion! From start to finish, everything was seamless, safe, and full of adventure. Our guide Joshua was not only knowledgeable about the geology and history of the cenotes, but also genuinely passionate—making the experience both educational and awe-inspiring. We visited Dos Ojos, Yal Ku, and Pet Cemetery, and each location offered something unique and magical. Dos Ojos was like entering another world with its crystal-clear waters and dramatic cave formations. Yal Ku felt like a secret gem full of colorful fish, while Pet Cemetery was both mysterious and serene, with an almost spiritual atmosphere and bats!!! The company provided all the gear we needed, made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe, and even took amazing photos for us to remember the day. This was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. If you’re looking to explore the beauty and mystery of cenotes, this is the team to book with! Request tour guide Joshua, and drivers Enrique or Ivan. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure—we’ll be talking about this for years to come! 🤍🇲🇽

See moreNo reason to be scared of Pet Cemetery Cenote Wow what a great tour and Tour Guide (Juan, possibly the best guide ever!) We took advice and went early and we had private transportation and the Tour Guide was with us so boom the tour started right then at 8:30am. Local information, well informed and super attentive. There wasn't anyone at the Cenote, we were allowed to take our time, very informative an beautiful. I can't imagine Pet Cemetery Cenote being any better. Lunch afterward was also very very good.
See moreAn experience to remember! What a wonderful adventure. Climbing the ruins and swimming in the Cenote were both unforgettable experiences, and our tour guides (Juan and Arturo) were both knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, a terrific day we'll never forget.
See moreGreat trip! Auturo was a wonderful guide. Off season was a great time to go, we had the entire place to ourselves. Beautiful and peaceful! Lunch was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Christina was the absolute best tour guide! She was super patient with our 18 month old and even switched up the cenote the day of so that we could go to one that he could participate in. She was very knowledgeable about the site and shared lots of interesting information with us. Enrique was a great driver and the car was very clean. I would go on another tour with these two in a heartbeat!

See moreTulum vacation. Tequila Tasting Private Tour with Cenote Swim. Wife and I loved every second of it! They provided transportation to and from our resort and took great care of us. We swam in an underground cenote that was beautiful and the guide had so much knowledge to share. The lunch menu they provided was authentic Mexican and was absolutely delicious and the large selection of tequilas and and Mezcales were a great bonus. This is a must do if you?re in the area! You?ll love every second of it and it?ll be a memory you?ll cherish forever!
See moreTulum & 1 cenote with Mexican lunch Our tour guide was Josh and driver was Omar, they picked us up at 7:30 and we?re so friendly from the get go. The van was all air conditioned and nice and clean which was welcomed in the heat. We went to the ruins first stop and Josh shared all his knowledge about the amazing Mayan history. His passion and enthusiasm and pride was evident in his story telling. It was great being there so early at 8 as soon as the park opened as we beat the crowds. From there we had picked Jaguar as our cenote however it begun pouring rain, so Josh suggested another cenote so we can experience the beautiful water out of the rain. taak Bi Ha was where we went and this place was pure magic! Josh let us swim for as long as we liked. From there we went to juanitas for a yummy Mexican lunch and the restaurant was so family friendly, the boys had a great time playing with the local pets and exploring. I can?t recommend this company enough. Private and very friendly.

Great Tulum ruins tour with Juan as our host!
See moreThis was the highlight of our trip to Cancun. We had an amazing day at Chichen Itza! Our tour guide, Arturo, was absolutely wonderful! He and our driver picked us up on time at our hotel, and we were quickly on our way. We stopped for a bathroom break and to stretch our legs once on the way there. They offered us something to drink. There was a cooler in the back of the van full of all kinds of soda and bottled water. The Mexican sodas were delicious! We got to Chichen Itza about 20 minutes before it opened, leaving us plenty of time to apply sunblock and grab more water bottles from the cooler, especially since our driver dropped us off right up front. Arturo handed us our tickets, so we didn't need to wait in any lines. We walked right in and were able to get amazing pictures without anyone else around. Arturo took great family photos of us! We didn't have to worry about not being able to hear because of a large crowd or moving at too slow or too fast a pace. We asked lots of questions and saw everything. We couldn't have asked for a better guide! We stopped whenever we wanted to look at something or go to the bathroom. Before leaving, I asked about going to see the Sacred Cenote. It isn't something that everyone goes to see, but Arturo gladly obliged. We walked over to that area as he continued to tell us more about the history, the Maya people, and the cenote. We left after about 3 - 3.5 hours at Chichen Itza and headed to Valladolid for a delicious lunch. Our son ordered steak tacos, while my husband and I each ordered a traditional Yucatecan dish called panuchos, which is similar to tostadas with beans cooked inside the corn tortillas. There were three to an order, so we ordered a variety with a different meat on each. It was all excellent, especially the appetizer of chips and jalapeño cream! OMG! After lunch, we walked around the town center a bit. It was beautiful! We visited a chocolate museum, did some tasting, and of course bought some chocolate! Then our driver was waiting for us right outside the museum to take us back to our hotel. We had such a wonderful day! I highly recommend this private tour to everyone! It's the only way I ever want to take another tour. If we are ever in the area again, I will definitely use this company again. I'd love to visit Tulum with them. I'd be so happy to have Auturo as our guide once more!

See morePrivate snorkeling trip in Puerto Morelos with lunch in town. Experience was amazing. Private pickup from hotel was on-time and very personable. Met our guide Arturo and driver. Short trip to Puerto Morelos from our hotel where we met the captain and tour guide for snorkeling, Kevin. Everyone involved was very accommodating, took their time to make sure we understood the plan and the rules. Getting on the boat was simple from the dock, getting in the water was an easy slide over the side and we snorkeled for about an hour and a half. Arturo and Kevin put us on a lot of structure, we saw so many neat and colorful fish. Trigger fish, needle fish, rainbow parrot fish, a whole bunch of barracudas, conchs and they even got us on a couple of sea turtles feeding. Getting back on the boat was also easy, they have a built-in ladder that extends into the water far enough to just walk up. Overall, 10/10, would book again in a heartbeat. Arturo and Kevin, thank you so much!

See moreInformative ruins tour and unforgettable turtle swim We booked the private tour of the Tulum ruins with Absolute Adventure Mexico and had a very good experience. Our guide was friendly, well-informed, and shared just enough history to give good context without overwhelming us. The real highlight of the day was snorkeling at Akumal Bay. Seeing the sea turtles up close in their natural environment was a wonderful experience. The pace of the day felt relaxed and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this tour if you're looking for a more personal and well-run experience in the Tulum area.

See moreBEST TOUR EVER _ The most amazing tour!!!!! Our tour guide Alex and driver Ivan were the absolute best! We started the day driving to the tulum ruins talking about the history of Mexico. They make sure you get to the ruins early, we were the first ones to enter! After that it was a short drive to a cenote where our tour guide let us have some time to explore. He also got in the water with us and explained what we were seeing, which I really appreciated! Lunch was about a minute drive, food was good and the place was beautiful! It was also nice to sit a chat with Alex and get to know him more! After lunch it was about a 20 minute drive to go snorkeling with sea turtles. The guide was amazing and goes at your pace. We were also able to go snorkel the reef which was very cool. All around an amazing tour, very accommodating and so much knowledge!

We did the Chichen Itza tour with a stop in Valladolid. This was a fantastic experience. Josh (our tour guide) and Omar (our driver) made it a great experience. Josh was super knowledgeable and taught us so much about the cultural and historical aspects of the region. He also took pictures of us Beating the crowds made this so much more manageable. We were able to get photos with practically no one around. No fighting for spots. The experience included some drinks and snacks as well as a stop for breakfast and lunch in Valladolid. Definitely worth the extra for us to book private but I imagine this would still be awesome without spending the extra of you don't mind sharing a ride with others.
