Comfortable, Clean & Safe Transportation
All our tours include a dedicated driver and a separate certified guide. Having a driver focused solely on the road and a guide fully dedicated to our guests ensures a safer and higher-quality experience.
We do not operate cars/SUV where the driver is also the guide. We believe combining both roles is not safe, as long driving hours followed by walking, swimming, and guiding can lead to fatigue and reduced attention, which can be dangerous on the road.
Reliable transportation is a core part of every tour we operate. Our fleet consists of modern, air-conditioned vans selected to match your group size and ensure a smooth, comfortable journey throughout the Riviera Maya and Yucatán.
Our Private Tours Vehicles
Our tours are exclusively private: when you book with us, transportation is never shared and includes only your group, your guide, and your driver.
We assign vehicles based on group size and availability at the time of booking.
For groups larger than 14 people, we use multiple vans. Vehicles are assigned according to your group size to ensure adequate capacity, comfort, and safety
Volkswagen Passenger
Designed for private tours, the VW Transporter accommodates 6 passengers in the rear and includes air conditioning throughout the vehicle, with the guide and driver in the front row.
Toyota Hiace
The Toyota Hiace provides 10 rear passenger seats, a fully air-conditioned cabin, and front seating for the guide and driver, making it ideal for private group transportation.
Nissan Urvan
With 12 seats in the back, the Nissan Urvan combines generous interior space and full air conditioning for a smooth and private touring experience.
Jac minibus
Built for larger private groups, the JAC Minibus features 14 passenger seats in the rear, air conditioning throughout, and a layout suited for comfortable full-day tours.
Peace of mind from pickup to drop-off
We aim to deliver more than transportation, providing reliability, comfort, and confidence at every stage of your day with us.
All vehicles are:
- Maintained in strict accordance with manufacturer recommendations and scheduled mileage service intervals.
- Fully insured and compliant with Mexican tourist transportation regulations.
- Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each tour.
- Equipped with GPS trackers, allowing us to monitor their location in real time and proactively inform you of any road incidents, delays, or updated ETAs.
Our experienced, licensed drivers are a key part of the quality and safety of our tours.
Many are long-term team members with strong knowledge of the region, routes, and tour logistics. They work closely with your guide to keep the tour running smoothly and stress-free.
They focus on:
- Smooth and careful driving, respecting speed limits and safe following distances.
- Passenger comfort and safety at all times.
- Keeping your belongings secure while you enjoy activities
- Reliable, professional service throughout the day.
Large Private Group Transportation
We can accommodate large private groups of 15, 20, 30, or even 50+ people with no issue. For most large-group tours, we operate using multiple vans (typically 10-, 12-, or 14-seat vehicles), which offers greater flexibility, comfort, and access compared to a single large vehicle.
For very large groups, bus transportation may be available upon request, subject to availability. However, it is important to note that buses come with operational limitations:
- Many tour locations—especially cenotes located in the jungle—are not accessible by bus
- Some hotel areas, such as Playa del Carmen downtown and the Tulum Hotel Zone, do not allow bus circulation or pick-ups. In these cases, guests must arrange a taxi or shuttle transfer from the hotel to the designated bus pick-up point
- Bus bookings have stricter terms and conditions and are generally less flexible than minivan operations (changes, timing, and cancellations)
For these reasons, operating with multiple vans is often the most efficient and seamless solution for large groups, allowing direct hotel pick-ups, better access to remote sites, and greater flexibility throughout the day.
Our team will always advise the best transportation option based on group size, itinerary, access requirements, and overall logistics.
