Amazing Dos ojos visit with Juan. The best guided tour we had! Carlos (driver) and Juan (tour guide) met us in the lobby the morning of the tour, Carlos is a safe driver and Juan is an absolutely amazing person explained all about the Cenotes and what to expect, took us to Dos ojos Cenote we had a great time! This tour was incredible! The highlight of our stay in Tulum. Carlos was our driver and was so friendly and kind. Alex was our tour guide and he was so nice, so helpful and made the tour so enjoyable. We learnt so much about the Cenotes and had a really nice lunch with Alex too. Fantastic tour and amazing tour guides! Amazing tour, would 100% recommend. Carlos and Alex G were our guides and were both so friendly and we had a great day with them. The cenotes we visited were beautiful and this day was the highlight of our stay in Tulum. The trip was well organised, fun and really interesting!

Do yourself a favor and book this excursion! In one word, perfect. Juan and Carlos were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Nichte- Ha was breathtaking. Juan guided us through the Tulum ruins masterfully. He explained the history of the Maya along the way, noting the various features of the ruins. Lunch was delicious, I highly recommend their suggested plate. Snorkeling in Akumal lived up to the hype, we saw several turtles and our guide was so helpful pointing them out. Best excursion we did all week, well worth paying for the travel add on from Cancun.

Our tour guides were Alex and Omar. They created a magical day for us! Alex shared so much history and knowledge with us at Tulum. Then at the Cenote he was so patient with me, a non-swimmer, and helped me into the water and made me comfortable enough to trust the life vest. The experience was one of the best in my life! Lunch was delicious and a fun break before the sea turtles. Another awesome experience because our guides in the ocean were just an encouraging and made the experience another that I will never forget! A tour that you must take when visiting the area!

These guys are excellent and patient and understanding. They do things per your request. They are knowledgeable especially Juan Jose and Carlos the driver is an excellent driver we felt safe and he helps you get in and get out of the van. They were an excellent team. I have to use a cane and they helped me and were generally very concerned about my wellbeing the whole time. I can’t say enough good things about these two guys. Excellent says enough. I asked for a certain drink for my trip and it was ready in the van. So nice to have expert service.

This tour comes highly recommended. We loved every minute of our adventures. Juan was a fantastic guide that took care of us and made sure we enjoyed our time in Tulum. He was knowledgeable, chill, and funny. If you're thinking about a private/guided tour this was worth the money. Get up early and beat the crowds!

A fabulous day to Tulum ruins & turtle snorkeling in Akumal with Rodrigo driving and Alex as our guide. Alex was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and really looked out for us all day. Lunch was delicious and relaxing. Claire was available and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommend an Absolute Adventure tour! Thank you for the memories.

We went to Cenote Pet Cemetery and Cenote Nicte-Ha. Both are amazing. Our guide Juan was great, making the adventure extremely fun and safe. Make sure to bring a waterproof camera or case for phone.

The Best Day Ever Highly recommend 10/10. Alex and Carlos were the perfect team and it truly was the best tour we have ever taken. From touring the fascinating Tulum ruins, to visiting the amazing Taak Bi Ha cenote to swimming with turtles in the beautiful Akumal Bay, the day could not have been more perfect.

We picked the best tour! Out of all Of the options out there, we had a great private tour. Juan was very personable and knowledgeable and enjoyable to spend the day with. This adventure was amazing from the very start & we never wanted it to end! We were so lucky to have our guide, Arturo. He was the kindest person & made sure we had an amazing time. We swam in the most beautiful cenote, had delicious food at Jaunita's, tried the best tequilas, and enjoyed a scenery that was beyond expectation. I would do it all again in a heartbeat! LOVED this experience, 10 out of 10, 5 stars, would recommend 100%!

Wow what an amazing Day Wow what an amazing day . Our team of Rodrigo the driver and Alex the tour guide made our trip seamless. Rodrigo?s car is fully equipped for a day of being wet and he has a cool box full of water and cans Alex is incredibly knowledgeable using the journey to give you all the back ground info. It?s so much better have a private tour . We watched crowds of people arriving but our early start and small number meant Tulum was easy to navigate and so interesting. We even had the cenote totally to ourselves! We saw several turtles and loads of fish including a Barracuda. They are a great team and worth asking for. I?d definitely use this company again.

Our guide (Alex) was very knowledgeable on Mayan history, he kept the tour at an enjoyable pace and we beat the crowds to the ruins giving us the best opportunity for photos. We swam alone in the Cenote of our choice, which was special, and had great service for lunch at Juanita?s. The turtle watching is a little commercial with lots of people queuing to get the best view of the marine life, but despite the crowds we still managed to see barracuda, turtles, a starfish and lots of large colourful fish. A different guide took us for the turtle watching and she was also very good. Thanks Alex for making the trip so enjoyable, would definitely book with you and the company again.

Lors de mon séjour au Mexique sur la Riviera Maya j'ai eu l'occasion de faire plusieurs visites privées avec Absolute Adventure Mexico. Les excursions sont très interessantes (les guides essaient de choisir des créneaux moins fréquentés), les guides sont géniaux, les lieux sont tous aussi beaux les uns que les autres, je recommande vivement! Private Express Tour Chichen Itza from Playa Del Carmen Aug 2023 ? Family Easy early pick up at 5:30am at the hotel entrance. Alex and the driver were already waiting for us. We stopped for two bathroom breaks and some snacks on the way there. Alex told us all about the background and history of Chichen Itza during the drive. We arrived at the Chichen Itza entrance 15mins before opening. Alex had already entrance tickets so we were on of the very first visitors who could enter the sight. The atmosphere that Chichen Itza provides when no one else is there is incredible. Worth the early get up and a memory for life. It is not the same anymore when the huge crowds arrive at little after. Alex showed us the whole area and stop at every interesting point including the cenote. We took beautiful pictures and also enjoyed the time to look at the souvenirs that the local folks had to offer.

We had the most wonderful tour with Alex G and Omar!! we explored Coba, visited two cenotes, and ended with a delicious meal. Alex did an incredible job and shared so much information. Omar kept a watchful eye over our belonging and ensured we were well hydrated! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Perfect day out! We have just spent a fantastic morning with Juan our guide and Carlos our driver, an early pick up to avoid the crowds, we spent over 40 minutes in the water at akumal and saw lots of turtles then swam in an open Cenote which was amazing, followed by a lovely lunch at a friendly local restaurant, the tacos were awesome, let Juan order your food, our son has autism and adhd so tours can be difficult sometimes, Juan took it all in his stride adapting the timings to suit our needs, he even kept josh entertained whilst myself and my wife enjoyed the Cenote swim, we will definitely use them again

We just had such a wonderful day yesterday! From pick up at our resort, to learning in the car on the way to the ruins, to our snorkel experience and then lunch! It was wonderful! No stress, no worries... just exploring and doing and seeing new things with our fabulous guide Alex. Definitely choose this company if you plan on doing of these outings. Amazing tour, amazing guide, skilled driver. I can’t remember taking a better tour than our tour today with Juan as our guide. He was engaging and knowledgeable, funny and encouraged all of our questions. Chichen Itza was magical first thing in the morning before the heat and crowds. The cenote was quite and uncrowded, and Valladolid was lovely, although we were rained out before we could really enjoy everything it had to offer. We did wander into a lovely little shop that ended up as a tequila tasting. Pineapple tequila might be my new favorite! But the chocolate tequila is in the running. Our driver navigated the wet, almost flooded roads with confidence and skill. We were back to our hotel in time for a swim before dinner.

The Best tour we've taken here! We went to Chichen Itza, Cenote, and Valladolid today. It was spectacular. Our guide, Juan, was fun and engaging as well as extremely knowledgeable. My husband, grandson, and I agree that the tour today was fun as well as informative. Juan was able to guide us through Chichen Itza in a way that ensured we were often the only visitors in any given area- it was amazing. The cenote was secluded and far from crowded. Lunch was a very good choice, and we appreciated the recommendations . We ate al fresco, in a courtyard next to the Cathedral. We got caught in a rainstorm Valladolid, but it was still very beautiful. Our drive home was very wet, but our driver, I believe his name was Carlos, handled the sometimes flooded roads with ease and confidence. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, and would definitely use them again. Thanks so much!

We took two tours with Absolute Adventures in 2022 and came back for two more in 2023. We love the format of the tours, the tour guides, and that we can take a tour with just our group. Arturo was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was a delight on both of our tours and I hope we can tour with him again in the future.

Fantastica excursion a Chichen Itza, gracias Juanjo! Sin duda la agencia de viajes merece la pena. Te recojen muy temprano y a cambio puedes tener Chichen Itza practicamente para ti solo como se puede ver en las fotos, con una temperatura agradable. Juanjo nuestro fantastico guia, nos mostro y explico todo lo acontecido en Chichen Itza con todo lujo de detalles e incluso nos mostraba fotografias mas antiguas para ver las diferencias, eso si, siempre en la sombra, que fue una excursion VIP!!!! Despues de visitarlo y empezar a notar el calor fuimos al cenote donde pudimos darnos un mas que confortable baño siempre protegidos y cuidados por Juanjo. Por ultimo, nos dirijimos a Valladolid, queda cerca donde terminamos con una tipica comida mexicana, realmente buena. Juanjo, ayudo constantemente a mis dos hijas y ademas de ser extremadamente amable, es un tipo genial. Muchas gracias por todo!!! Sin duda hiciste que nuestra experiencia fuera SUPER VIP!!!!

Tequila Tasting w/ Cenote Arturo, our guide, took us to Nicte-Ha to swim and then to an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant where we tasted some amazing tequila as well. 10/10 would recommend booking with Absolute Adventure and especially Arturo!

100 out of 10! Arturo was our tour guide and Rodrigo was our driver. Not only was the driver very safe in transporting us about 1.5 hours from our resort to the cenotes, but the Arturo was an absolute trip! He was so informative and very easy to get along with. He was probably the best tour guide we have had and we made some unforgettable memories together as a family sand him leading us on our tour. Huge huge thank you to them both!
