Absolute Adventure Mexico
Maya Civilization We did a private Chichen Itza ruins and Valladolid tour with Alex and Enrique. It was amazing! Alex is very knowledgeable and explains the greatness of the Mayan civilization easily. Enrique is a good driver, and both made my elderly mother feel appreciated. I highly recommend this adventure.

Excellent experience Josh and Enrique were excellent! Josh was extremely knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the Mayan ruins. He took some family photos of us at the site that turned out great. We have good photos to remember our time there. At the cenote, Josh was great with my kids. He even jumped off the rocks into the cenote to make my kids more comfortable with it and both my 11 year old and 6 year old jumped in! He made it a good thing for them to try it and experience that. Definitely recommend them for anyone going there.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We are third time repeat customers! We are third time repeat customers and tours with Absolute Adventure Mexico are so delightful. Thank you, Juanjo (again! as you were the tour guide for our prior trips) for making our most tour of Punta Laguna (got to see monkeys!) and Coba so personal, individualized, engaging, and educational. Booking is very easy online, communication via e-mail was so easy, and the pickup for start of the tour was so smooth. The vehicle was comfortable and the drive was comfortable (thank you, Omar!) Honestly, every single time we come to the Playa del Carmen area and plan to do a tour (even if a repeat tour as we plan to bring family to the area in the future), we will continue to always come to Absolute Adventure Mexico!

Amazing tour and tour guide! Our tour guide was Arturo! He was absolutely amazing! Arturo was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He also took amazing pics of me and my group I'm so glad we booked this tour it was an amazing experience! We learned a lot about the Mayan culture and the history of Chichen Itza! Since we left so early in the morning we were able to avoid all the crowds! I highly recommend this tour!

VIP Tulum Express Private Tour: Excellent, No Fuss Excursion Four of us staying in the Cancun Hotel Zone wanted to see the Tulum ruins but didn't want to spend a whole day driving around making multiple stops. The VIP Tulum Express Private Tour was perfect for us. Joshua was knowledgeable and patient. Omar was a great driver. We really enjoyed the ruins. Absolute Adventure Mexico has excellent communication and everything went smoothly. I would definitely book another excursion through this company without worry.

Amazing Experience- Tulum/Coba & Cenotes We did the tour of Tulum, Coba and Cenotes swim and it was a fantastic experience. The sights are unique and interesting in and of themselves- but the real stars of our experience were our guides and driver. We were fortunate to have Arturo and Joshua as our guides along with Gonzalo as the driver. The insight and history they shared with us was fascinating- also such nice people to spend the day with! The transportation was comfortable and spotless and refreshments were available throughout. The tour was extremely well organized- communication right from the initial booking was excellent. Timing was spot on to avoid crowds and allowed us to have a relaxed and comfortable experience. Lunch was fantastic as well. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks to everyone at Absolute Adventure for making our day memorable.

Great experience!! What a wonderful experience!! This was such a great tour. We chose the early morning excursion to beat the heat and the crowds and we did! We were the first ones through the gates and had the place to ourselves for a while. Our guide, Alex was incredibly knowledgeable about the Mayan culture, we learned so much! I had to reach out to Cyril multiple times with various questions and he was always quick to reply. Great communication! 10/10 would recommend this tour and this group! Thank you for such a wonderful visit!!

Juan and Enrique were excellent, Juan gave us a fantastic tour of Tulum, extremely knowledgeable about the history of The Maya and the city. He took us to the best spots and and great views! After the ruins we went to two different cenotes, Nycta and Tak Biha, both were beautiful and Juan was great about showing off the different features making sure we didn’t miss anything! If you use this company be sure to ask for Juan and Enrique!

We visited Chichen Izta 22 years ago and decided to revisit. Such a remarkable place. Our guide and driver were very professional and very knowledgeable. Joshua and Enrique took very good care of us. My wife has limited mobility and they made sure we had enough time to enjoy all our activities. We went to a cenote and then to a nice lunch at a local restaurant in Valladolid. After that we had free time to shop and look around the main plaza. But what sold us on this particular guide service is that they are a small local business that does it right. They will customize a tour to fit whatever you want to do. We highly recommend this company. Thanks again to Joshua and Enrique.

We had a terrific day with Alex, our guide, and Enrique, our driver touring Tulum and Coba. Alex is very knowledgeable about both places and Mayan culture and history. His English is very easy to understand. Alex was extremely considerate about modifying the tours to take into account our mobility issues and pointing out uneven areas where we could easily stumble, as well as the least challenging foot paths to see the various ruins. Enrique was equally thoughtful about helping us in and out of the van as needed. In addition, we had a very enjoyable lunchtime conversation with Alex. Everything about this tour was first rate.

Juan Jose "JJ" was FANTASTIC! We really couldn't have asked for a better guide. He was personable, interacted with our whole group, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the area as well as the Mayan history. We toured Tulum early and he knew exactly when and where to go to avoid the crowds and get the best views/pics. Then he guided us on our two cenotes - Jaguar and Taak Bi Ha. Jaguar ziplining was so much fun - if you get the chance to go upside down, do it! And our group enjoyed jumping off the platforms and snorkeling in the water (you can see the bottom but it's darker water). Taak Bi Ha was amazing - I enjoyed it much more since the water in the cave was completely clear. Finally, we enjoyed a delicious lunch before heading back to the resort. I feel horrible that I don't remember our driver's name (he was a little quiet but very friendly 🙂 ), but we were very thankful for his navigating us to and from safely! 10/10 recommend going with Absolute Adventure Mexico, and even more so if you have JJ as your guide- he really made everything enjoyable! Thank you for a great day!!

Excellent tour and service My partner and I went on a private tour to two cenotes (Dos Ojos and Nicte He) in the Tulum area. Arturo was our guide, and Omar provided transport. The tour was expensive, but the personalised service was excellent. Arturo and Omar picked us up from our accommodation on time, and were mindful of our time constraints when planning the tour. Arturo is a friendly, knowledgeable and articulate guide, and was very patient and encouraging with me (I'm still learning how to swim). The gear provided was of a good quality, and we enjoyed the lunch that was provided. We also appreciated being able to go to the cenotes when they weren't busy. In fact, it was just us at Dos Ojos, which was an amazing experience. We would highly recommend this tour.

The entire staff is made up of consummate professionals, from the booking person, to the driver, to Arturo, our guide. They were all great, and so was the tour! They keep you one step ahead of the crowds at all times. We did Tulum ruins, Coba ruins, added a cenote, and restaurant. I highly suggest all four, it makes for a perfect experience. Juan, our guide, and Omar, the driver were exceptional. Juan was very knowledgeable of the Mayan Civilization, and had a lot to offer. This is not just a boring guide that just goes over history, but he knows how to keep things interesting. He is very well versed in English and Spanish. The restaurant at the end of our adventure was best you will eat around here, a real authentic meal. I highly suggest this amazing company!!
