Just select your hotel and preferred pick-up time—we’ll come right to your hotel lobby or meet you just outside your condo or villa.
Private transportation is included, so your day starts comfortably and hassle-free.
How do we book a private bachelorette tour?
It’s easy! You can book online by selecting your date, number of participants, and hotel.
Or, if you prefer to split payments, we’ll create a private webpage for your group so each person can book and pay individually. We’ll take care of all the coordination for you.
How many people can join the tour?
We require a minimum of 2 guests to book, and we can accommodate groups of up to 20–30 people or more.
Based on your group size, we’ll recommend the best locations and activities to keep your day fun, smooth, and perfectly paced.
Can we bring decorations, music, or drinks for the ride?
Feel free to bring decorations and props for fun group photos, and you’re welcome to play your own music in the van.
Outside drinks aren’t allowed, but you can pre-order beers during booking and we’ll have them chilled in the cooler.
Alcoholic beverages can also be ordered at the restaurant.
Do we need to be strong swimmers or fit for the tour?
Not at all.
Most activities like snorkeling and cenote swimming are suitable for beginners —life jackets are always mandatory.
For ruins visits, expect walking on uneven terrain and some stairs, but we go at your group’s pace.
Is lunch included in the tour?
Yes, most of our tours include lunch at a local Mexican or Yucatecan restaurant, and we can accommodate dietary preferences like vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free.
If you’d prefer a shorter tour, we also offer options without lunch—just let us know what suits your plans.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as guide and transport have been reserved for your group.
