Absolute Adventure Mexico
We had a private tour with Absolute Adventure and were so happy we did. We took a short trip to visit the Tulum ruins and Joshua and Ivan were our guide and driver. Not only were they very punctual and attentive and friendly, they provided amazing service. As we were walking around the ruins, Joshua took extra time to explain so many different points on the ruins. He used his iPad to show us images of what the ruins used to look like. He is not only knowledgeable about the ruins, the history and culture but also the wildlife around the area. We saw many other tour groups and they were not getting the same level of service and information we were. I would highly recommend using Absolute Adventure Private Tours The group sizes are small. The vans are incredibly comfortable. The service is outstanding.

Dulce the tour guide and Yosmar the driver were very professional and polite. Yosmar spoke very good English and was knowledgeable. Yosmar drove great. Never felt unsafe. Water and snacks were plenty in the vehicle.

Fun tour with the best guide in Cancun! We spent a wonderful day with Christina and Henrike. Christina was full of interesting history of Tulum. We loved her energy! The Cenotes were far beyond our expectations. Such a unique experience and so fun to be with our guide.

Snorkeling, Sea Turtles, and Cenotes! Snorkeled with sea turtles at Akumal Beach then visited la Casa Cenote and Dos Ojos Cenote. Very fun and different experiences, would recommend. Dulce and Omar were great and friendly and had all the supplies we needed!

Juan was an incredible tour guide and we greatly enjoyed our tour of Chichen Itza and Valladolid. The ride there was comfortable and we appreciated how accommodating they were of the baby and toddler who joined us on the tour. Once we arrived, Juan was very knowledgeable, able to answer our many questions, and made the tour fascinating. We also appreciated that he knew exactly when to arrive and where to go to get the best pictures and how to avoid the crowds. I can imagine if we had gone on our own it would have felt overwhelming and there’s so much we would have missed. So this was a great format to explore Chichen Itza. We also loved the restaurant that we stopped at for lunch. The food was delicious, the atmosphere beautiful, and we enjoyed the local recommendations Juan shared. Would highly recommend tour.

Great driver + great guide = great day! We had a wonderful experience on our private tour to Chichen Itza and Valladolid with our very conscientious driver Enrique and expert guide, Cristina. Absolute Adventure's suggestion of going early in the morning is well worth it. They arrived on time and we were one of the first couples to enter the sight that morning. Cristina carried an enormous amount of knowledge about Chichen Itza and we were more than happy to learn as much as we could. We followed the tour up with an included lunch in Valladolid and a mini tour around the town square along with a tour of the impressive San Bernardino de Siena Cathedral.

Outstanding Family Adventures with Absolute Adventures in Tulum ? Highly Recommended! We recently visited Tulum with our two teenage daughters and booked two half-day excursions with Absolute Adventures?and both were absolutely fantastic! We had the pleasure of having the same guide, Josh, for both trips, and he was truly exceptional. First, we did the half-day cenotes tour. Josh led us to two stunning cenotes: one inside a dramatic cave filled with incredible stalactites (perfect for that wow-factor swim), and another magical open cenote surrounded by beautiful lily pads. He shared fascinating insights into the geology and formation of cenotes while we swam, making the experience both fun and educational. The second excursion took us to the ancient Mayan ruins at Coba. Biking through the lush jungle paths to the site was a highlight?Josh kept our teens fully engaged the whole time with lively storytelling about Mayan history, pointing out wildlife, and answering every question. The girls were genuinely interested and excited, which is no small feat! The transportation was spotless (clean van with plenty of room), and there was a well-stocked cooler full of cold drinks and water?such a thoughtful touch after all the activity. Josh went above and beyond to make both days memorable, safe, and enjoyable for the whole family. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care really set these tours apart. This tour was amazing! We went on a 10 person guided tour to Chichen Itza with our tour guide Juan. He was extremely informative, and taught us a lot about the area. Technically, our whole party was 12 people, but the extra two were little ones (a 21 month old and a 3 month old). The tour accommodated the little ones really well. There were plenty of bathroom stops, and my sister had a fairly easy time feeding her 3 month old. We requested two car seats a head of time, and including the two car seats and our whole party, there happened to be lot's of space. The tour came with morning snacks (coffee/juice and gas station snacks), afternoon snacks (chips and a soft drink), and lunch (a Mexican restaurant with amazing food! Follow your guides recommendations for food, and you will not be disappointed). Over all 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Great cenote experience with our knowledgeable guide, Arturo, and our driver, Rodrigo! Both made our experience very enjoyable, and we felt like our safety was priority. We visited two cenotes - Nic Te Ha and Taak Bi Ha - very different flora and fauna, which Arturo knew all about…followed by lunch! Such a fun day - our 6 year old daughter loved it!

Bright and memorable It was a really great experience. At Ek Balam, there are not many people, so you avoid crowds, unlike at Chichen-Itza. Arturo, our guide, is very knowledgeable and intelligent. He shared our physical exercise of climbing the pyramids and entertained us with many tales about Mexico and Yucatan.

Ek Balam Private tour We did the Ek Balam express tour (no cenote) in January with Cristina and Rodrigo as a family of 8. We have done many tours/experiences and this was one of the best. Cristina was so passionate and knowledgeable about the history of the area and its people. She could pivot and answer almost any question asked of her and her laugh is infectious. It was so enjoyable!

This is the ONLY way to visit the ruins! Private Tour! NEW YEARS DAY! We started with a 6:30am pick up with Eddie and Omar. I want to commend Ruby in the office for organizing this excursion for us, ABSOLUTE ADVENTURES MEXICO is very organized. We picked the Tulum and Coba Tour plus cenote so that we could experience history, adventure, and see a part of Mexico we have never seen before. Omar was a pleasant driver, we felt very comfortable with him. Eddie is a knowledgeable expert and enjoyable to spend the day with! Our tour lasted almost ten hours! Eddie was patient and went with our pace. Answering questions, letting us bike through the Copa Jungle and climb the ruins. We liked the Cenote? i would love to visit more on our next trip. What a memorable day and start to our New Year! We wish eddie and his family all the best!

Excellent tour of Chichen Itza We had a wonderful time touring Chichen Itza and exploring Valladolid with Absolute Adventure! Our driver, Yosmer, provided an excellent smooth trip, and our guide, Josh, was so knowledgeable! We learned so much about the ruins and the people at Chichen Itza. We also enjoyed the provided snacks and drinks, and the excellent restaurant we had lunch at in Valladolid. We definitely recommend this company for private tours!

Absolutely Amazing way to see Chichen Itza We had an incredible private tour of Chich?n Itz? with Josh, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Mayan history and culture. He explained everything in a clear, fascinating way and was happy to answer all of our questions. The private tour made the experience feel relaxed and personal, and Josh did a great job pacing the visit and helping us avoid the busiest areas when possible. We learned so much more than we ever would have on our own. If you?re visiting Chich?n Itz?, I can?t recommend Josh enough, this tour was worth every penny.

Great Experience We used Absolute Adventure Mexico a few days before for the private Chichen Itza tour and decided to use them again for our Coba tour. Cristina was very accommodating and arrived with a little larger van for our party of 6 adults. So very thoughtful. We would all recommend them for your tour. Comfortable and safe accommodations.

Fun and unique! This was a very fun trip! Dos Ojos Cenote was really pretty and unique. I loved that the company provided wetsuits it made the water temp much more enjoyable! Our guide was knowledgeable and fun!

We had a wonderful day of snorkelling off the port of Puerto Morelos. Paz was our captain and he was wonderful. Kevin was also a wonderful tour guide. And Juan made the whole experience exceptional from the start. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Their equipment was above average compared to what you would get from similar tour operators. We had a group that ranged in age from 10 to 83 and they were able to accommodate us all. I would really like to give a shout out to Juan who made the day seamless!! Thank you!
