What if my hotel is not listed?

The directory covers the hotels and rentals we regularly serve, but it is not the only places we can pick up from. Send us the property name and address so we can confirm availability.

Do you pick up from Airbnbs and private rentals?

Yes. We pick up from many villas, condos, and Airbnb rentals in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum, and nearby areas.

Is pickup included with private tours?

Private round-trip transportation is included from supported hotels and vacation accommodations. We confirm the precise meeting point before the tour.

Are there other hotel stops?

No. Your tour is private, so there is no shared resort pickup loop and no waiting for unrelated groups.

Where will the guide meet us?

The guide normally meets you at the hotel lobby or accommodation entrance. Some resorts require an external meeting point, which we confirm in advance.
