How do I claim my discount?
Enter the applicable coupon code in the coupon field on the checkout page. The discount will be applied to an eligible booking before payment.
Can I combine coupon codes?
No. Coupon codes cannot be combined with another coupon or promotion.
Why is my coupon code not working?
Confirm that your booking meets the offer requirements and falls outside the excluded holiday dates. Also check that no other coupon or promotion has been applied. Whale Sharks tours are excluded.
Do coupons apply during the holiday period?
Not valid for tour dates from December 18 through January 10, inclusive, every year.
Do you offer last-minute discounts?

What happens if I cancel one tour from a multi-tour booking?
If only one tour remains after a partial cancellation, the 10% multi-tour discount becomes void and the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.
