Please fill your tshirt sizes for the snorkeling equipment (life vests and/or wetsuits. Life vests and wetsuits are adjustable, please select the size you wear the most often.) And shoe sizes fore the fins.

Please fill their age and weight for the snorkeling activities to provide the correct snorkeling equipment (kid life vests and wetsuits).

We have some baby car seats and boosters for the transportation. Let us know if you want them (for free). Upon receipt we will confirm the availability.


  • If you're staying at an hotel: You must provide us with your hotel room number no later than 4 pm the day before your tour; if you do not, your tour will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refund. Without your room number, we will not be authorized by hotel security to pick you up from your hotel. In case of late check-in, just let us know and we will wait for your room number.
  • If you're staying at a condo or a private house: You must provide us with the exact address at the booking and send a map or share your location via whatsapp or isms no later than 4 pm the day before your tour; if you do not, your tour will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refund.


REMINDER: What to bring with you on tour

  • Beach Towels
  • Swimsuit (We recommend wearing it in the morning and feel free to change after snorkeling activities)
  • Comfortable shoes (We recommend tennis shoes)
  • Flip flops or sandals for water activities (Water shoes are optional but can be worn for added comfort)
  • Hat and sunglasses
  • Sunscreen and we recommend wearing a rash-guard/UV-Shirt for water activities*
  • Mosquito repellent*
  • Cash (for tour payment, tips, souvenirs…)
  • Ruins: In case you bring a go pro camera, a video camera or a phone with a selfie stick, there is a 50 pesos (less than 3USD) per device charged at the entrance of each archeological site, to be paid in pesos (INAH tax) – Drones and Tripods for video/cameras are forbidden.
* It is forbidden to apply sunblock and repellent before swimming or snorkeling activities to prevent water pollution in the cenotes and preserve the reefs, even if they are biodegradable products. Compliance with this rule is essential for the protection of the environment.
