We have some baby car seats and boosters for the transportation. Let us know if you want them (for free). Upon receipt we will confirm the availability.

Lobby name and Room number

If you're staying at a resort hotel: You must provide us with your hotel room number when you check in at your hotel. Without your room number, we may not be authorized by hotel security to pick you up at your hotel lobby and we will wait for you at the main gate of the resort.
If you're staying at a condo or private house: Please share your location with us via WhatsApp or SMS so that we can find it easily.

BALANCE PAYMENT

How would you like to pay the balance of your tour? *

Cash in USD, Euros or Pesos according to the XE exchange rate of the day of your tour. Due at pick up to your tour guide. We accept foreign bills only in perfect condition. Bills that are damaged, torn, scratched, with marks, with ink or tape will be refused.
Credit card with an extra 5% fee (Visa-Mastercard-American Express). Please bring your card and we will bring the card terminal. Amount charged in Pesos according to the XE exchange rate of the day of your tour. Prior to your trip to Mexico please check with your bank the maximum amount allowed for your card payments abroad. We only accept cards that are signed on the back, and you have to present your ID for signature verification. Your bank may charge you additional fees for paying by card abroad in a different currency from your own.
Paypal with an extra 5% fee, we will send you the Paypal invoice by email before your tour, due before pick up the day of the tour.

REMINDER: What to bring with you on tour

Beach Towels
Swimsuit (We recommend wearing it in the morning and feel free to change after snorkeling activities)
Comfortable shoes (We recommend tennis shoes)
Flip flops or sandals for water activities (Water shoes are optional but can be worn for added comfort)
Hat and sunglasses
Sunscreen and we recommend wearing a rash-guard/UV-Shirt for water activities*
Mosquito repellent*
Cash (for tour payment, tips, souvenirs…)
Ruins: In case you bring a go pro camera, a video camera or a phone with a selfie stick, there is a 50 pesos (less than 3USD) per device charged at the entrance of each archeological site, to be paid in pesos (INAH tax) – Drones and Tripods for video/cameras are forbidden.

* It is forbidden to apply sunblock and repellent before swimming or snorkeling activities to prevent water pollution in the cenotes and preserve the reefs, even if they are biodegradable products. Compliance with this rule is essential for the protection of the environment.
