We may be able to adapt the day or move your booking to a future date.
Brief showers don’t prevent visits to the ruins, and cenotes offer a sheltered swimming experience. If ocean conditions are unsafe, we may adapt, postpone, or cancel the activity and will notify you in advance.
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, tours will be cancelled or rescheduled. You will be notified at least one day in advance.
Email our team with your booking number at least 24 hours before your tour starts to request a new date, subject to availability and our confirmation.
Same-day rescheduling is not available. Date-change requests received less than 24 hours before the tour are treated as cancellations. Cancellation fees apply under our booking terms, and you will need to make a new booking for another date.
After an approved date change, you can still cancel up to 24 hours before the new tour date.
