BOOKING CANCELLATION FORM
Tours take place all year round, including during the rainy season when showers are frequent but short-lived (June-October).
You can visit the Mayan ruins even when it's raining, and there's bound to be fewer people and less heat. Bring a light raincoat or umbrella, but don't worry, you'll soon dry out in the heat.
Snorkeling in the cenotes is the best activity in case of rain, as swimming in the caves offers shelter.
Snorkeling in the ocean can be replaced by a cenote, cancelled or postponed if the sea is too rough or if ports are closed by the authorities.
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, tours will be cancelled or rescheduled. You will be notified at least one day in advance.
If your trip to Mexico is cancelled, you can ask us to postpone your private tour to a later date instead of cancelling it.
The postponement will allow you to keep your reserved tour spot for a future trip.
You will still be able to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the date of the rescheduled tour.
