ARE TULUM RUINS OPEN?
LAST UPDATE: JAN 26TH 2021
Visiting Tulum ruins is one of the top things to do during your stay in Riviera Maya. Due to the pandemic of Coronavirus, all archeological sites of Mexico, including Tulum, closed end of March 2020. As everywhere in the world, Mexico tourism closed down for a few months. Meanwhile the state of Quintana Roo, following the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTCC) recommendations, launched a reactivation plan to open tourism again following the Safe Travels protocols.
